The new terror detainee bill has been termed as a gross constitutional error. It will give power to the President to capture and torture anyone he wants to. It may be done even to the citizens of America. Even there is no need for charging the detainee with any crime. In the name of this law, President can do any heinous action to his own people. This law was framed to combat terrorism but it will lead to dictatorship. If US can do such things, they should expect the same to their US troops.

The war in Iraq started by the US had never got the support from the American people. The classified Intelligence assessment is out and it states that war had actually led to a recruitment of more and more sophisticated terrorists. Three retired officers of US military has accused Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld of leading the US to war without any planning and adequate equipment. Rumsfeld and the Bush administration gave wrong information to the American people about the war. They want the resignation of the Defense Secretary.
